This was such a beautiful home. The attention to detail put in by the host showed how much love they have for their home, and others staying in it. There was notes making everything easy to use. The host responded fast if we had any questions and checked on us after check in. The home was cozy and wonderful.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout my stay. The location was convenient and quiet, making it perfect for relaxing after a long day.
I appreciated all the small touches that made the place feel welcoming—everything was well-stocked, organized, and clearly cared for. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable getaway!

This duplex was super cute. The decor reflected the name “The Sanctuary”. Brights colors and whimsical. Very clean. Bedrooms and bathroom were nearly identical in size. Open floor plan. We didn’t use the kitchen other than the coffee pot so I can’t speak to how well appointed it was. Had access to parking in the garage. It did have driveway parking for 2 mid-sized SUV’s. Two ladies traveling and we’ve,t safe in the neighborhood. Quick access to TTU. The Shack bbq is just a few minutes away and has great food and service.

What a great place and a gracious host! The home was exactly as described - and amazingly decorated for the upcoming holiday season. Made the trip with our 18 month old granddaughter and she was thrilled with all of the books and toys. (and snacks!)
Thanks for making our trip back home to Lubbock so enjoyable. It was a pleasure.

The house was in a great, quiet location, and very easy to get to. Inside, it was cozy and beautifully decorated, the layout was perfect for relaxing, especially the comfortable sofas. We especially love the extra bonus of the Christmas decorations, such a thoughtful touch!
I would highly recommend this home, and it’s definitely on our radar for our next stay in Lubbock.

This was a wonderful place to stay! It was pristine. Comfy. And well laid out. The beds were super comfy and the backyard is lovely!! I wish that we had been able to stay longer in order to use the backyard. BUT we will definitely be back! They had bottled waters and a basket with snacks!🩷 plus items that a traveler might forget--like toothbrush, comb, razor, etc. Such thoughtful and endearing extras. Thank you for everything! It was perfect!!

I was nervous booking this home because there were no reviews. However, this has to be the nicest Airbnb rental I have stayed at in Lubbock and we have been to several. My daughter is a student at Texas Tech, and we were in town to visit for Family Weekend. The location was perfect for us. Not too close to the school with all the craziness but not too far. It’s in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Check in was easy, and the instructions from the host were clear. The home itself is gorgeous and nicer than what I thought from the pics. All was super clean, and the host was thoughtful to welcome us with water and snacks. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next trip.

Absolutely loved staying here! Patio and backyard were perfect, loved the little turtle in the backyard! House had plenty of room and more than enough snacks. The garage was so much fun, it is set up for watching a game on the outdoor tv while playing some ping pong. We are going back to Lubbock in a couple of weeks and hope the home is available again! Great time!!
